꽃의 이유/  마종기

꽃이 피는 이유를
전에는 몰랐다.
꽃이 필 적마다 꽃나무 전체가
작게 떠는 것도 몰랐다.　

꽃이 지는 이유도
전에는 몰랐다.
꽃이 질 적마다 나무 주위에는
잠에서 깨어나는
물 젖은 바람 소리.

사랑해 본 적이 있는가,
누가 물어 보면 어쩔까.
